It's that time of year again to kick off the summer with the free 37th annual Old Port Festival! Don't miss this event on Sunday June 13th, featuring the best of local and regional music, food, arts and much more. The festival is rain or shine!
The Old Port Festival is the largest one-day festival in northern New England, hosting over 40,000 people. The Festival kicks off at 11am with a parade starting at the top of Exchange Street featuring mascots, music, dancers, giant puppets, stilt walkers and more.
From 11am - 5pm the festival hosts seven musical stages including world beat, acoustic, rock and country and kid's entertainment Stages this year include the Maine Academy of Modern Music Stage, Sebago Brewing Company Stage, Q 97.9, 98.9 WCLZ, Today's Country Stage with WPOR 101.9, and the Bull Feeney's Irish Music Stage! Old Port shops and restaurants will be open along with vendors from throughout the region.
